Double-hearth boilers with automatic chute-type fuel feed
that run on pellets, and with an emergency cast iron grate.

 

The boiler design is based on a high efficiency heat exchanger. The boiler features a new generation burner for automatic combustion of pellets. The boiler control system, which is based on FUZZY LOGIC, controls the operation of the burner and operates the heating system by means of weather control.

Directly over the burner there is a cast iron barrier for flame preheating in order to obtain high quality combustion. In an extreme case, this barrier may function as a grate for emergency burning of wood. A heating column of a large heating surface, characteristic for Heiztechnik products, which reduces tendency to condensation, is located over the boiler firebox.

The design of the exchanger facilitates cleaning of the boiler owing to easy access to each heating part of the boiler.


The boiler features a high-tech pellet burner with an internal, screw-type fuel feeder. The screw ends with a scraper finger which scrapes cinder produced while burning low-quality fuel. The burner has an igniter and a photovoltaic cell for flame monitoring.

In addition to controlling the burner, the automatic control system allows weather control of the advanced heating system by means of a mixing valve. It also controls the domestic hot water system. It operates the burner smoothly thus allowing the boiler to adjust automatically to the demand for heat. The user can choose the place of installation of the burner. It can be installed either on the left or right side of the boiler or in the ash box door, which considerably facilitates its operation and servicing. Owing to the use of the igniter and the large fuel container the boiler can compete with oil- and gas-fired boilers as regards trouble-free operation. The boiler control system can run the whole heating system of a facility.

The controller is a modern electronic device designed to handling the work of the pellet boiler using help of optical flame brightness sensor. The device is compactly build, easy to install.

It can control the work of central heating and hot water circuits and also control the work of 5 mixing heating circuits. The required temperature of heating circuits can be set on the basis of data obtained from the main sensor.

The possibility of cooperation with room thermostats, separate for each heating circuit is beneficial for maintaining comfortable temperature in heating rooms.
